Activities
SRG Estates is responsible for all activities relating to the efficient and profitable management of the Group's land assets. The portfolio can be split into operational, development and investment assets, each of which involve a unique set of activities.
- Development assets are strategic landholdings that SRG Estates actively promotes through the planning system for sale as residential, commercial or leisure development sites. The division's development focus is to add significant value by concentrating on a portfolio of 14 key development sites.
- Investment assets are leased buildings and agricultural land. SRG Estates enhances the value of these assets through active management.
- Operational assets includes all land related to active mining sites. SRG Estates supports the mining business by executing all land transactions and managing the portfolio of future operational sites, as well as creating innovative post operational development solutions for proposed new sites.
