The entire operation requires a wide range of skills and staff with in depth experience of working with Scotland's natural land and mineral resources. We manage the majority of the Groups' activities in-house, which means that we directly employ managerial and technical specialists. External consultants are only employed to advise upon certain highly specialised functions and to provide independent analysis where necessary.
